This simple, column-free immunomagnetic selection procedure can be used to select virtually ANY cell type from ANY species. Target the cells of interest with any biotinylated, PE-, or FITC-labeled antibody to a specific cell surface antigen on your desired cell type. The labeled cells are then crosslinked to EasySep™ magnetic nanoparticles and separated in the EasySep^® magnet. This flexibility offers the researcher the ability to select any cell type from any species provided an appropriately labeled antibody is available.
