For your convenience, we have specially optimized a number of EasySep^® human positive selection kits for use with whole blood or buffy coat. The protocols are designed to minimize sample handling; simply lyse the red blood cells in your sample with the buffer provided before proceeding immediately to cell separation in the same tube.
